Plantation Rum er en serie af kvalitets rom, som frigives af Cognac huset Pierre Ferrand.
Gennem mange år har Ferrand Cognac solgt sine brugte fade til rom destillerier i Caribien, som her blev brugt til at lagre rommen på. Gennem denne udveksling af fade fik Ferrands Master destiller adgang til nogle af de bedste rom fade hos rom destillerierne.
Disse unikke rom aftapninger sælges i dag under Plantation rom navnet i hele verden.
